Honoring Through Art: Reflections of Courage Opening Reception
Join us for the opening reception of "Honoring Through Art: Reflections of Courage," a special art exhibition showcasing original artwork created by local veterans. The evening will honor those who served our nation as they share their stories through the art they created.
Honoring Through Art: Reflections of Courage showcases a powerful collection of original artwork created by local veterans, on display from November 7 to 22. Through paint, line, and form, these works express deeply personal stories that words alone cannot fully convey. Select veteran artists will also share recorded reflections, offering insight into the connection between their military service and creative journey. Together, the art and stories aim to inspire, inform, and foster a deeper sense of understanding within the community. This event is FREE to attend.
Gallery Hours are: Mondays, 10 am-2 pm; Wednesdays, 10 am-2 pm; Fridays, 4 pm-8 pm; Saturdays, 12 pm-8 pm; and Sundays, 1 pm-7 pm.
The Gallery will have special open hours on November 11, in observance of Veterans Day, from 8 am to 6 pm, and on November 18 from 10 am to 2 pm.
