Join us for a peaceful Full Moon Sound Bath under the open sky at Geyer Commons on Friday, April 3, at 8:30 PM.
As the full moon rises over Mansfield, settle into a deeply relaxing sound experience designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance. Crystal singing bowls and soothing vibrations will guide you into a meditative state while you rest comfortably beneath the night sky.
This community gathering is open to all experience levels. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary—just come ready to relax and receive.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything comfortable to lie on. You may also want a pillow or eye covering for extra comfort.
