DivaDance Class Beyonce "Crazy In Love" @ Mansfield Activity Center
All DivaDance classes start with community time and kick off with a high-energy warmup/stretch. Then, you’ll learn a low-impact routine of dance choreography at all levels. All classes aim to provide high cardio and feature original, fierce choreography influenced by your favorite music videos and pop songs. Before we finish off with a sexy cool down, you’ll have the chance to cheer on your fellow dancers and capture a video of the routine on your phone. Participation in the video is totally optional! Note that some classes may indicate Heels Optional, Lyrical, or other fun class types/themes.
