Art Therapy Workshops with Heidi Tournoux Studios
Let’s start the New Year with a focus on what we want our life to look like this year. What are your major goals? Not quite sure? In this workshop, participants will take time to identify major goals that they want to accomplish this year, and will work on breaking this goal into smaller, manageable parts. We will then strategize ways to stay on track with these goals and create a bullet journaling system that will help us maintain the motivation to continue. Participants will leave with actionable steps that will be manageable and attainable, with a journal that will help them keep everything on track for accomplishing these goals! Our workshop host, Heidi Tournoux-Hanshaw is a board certified, registered art therapist, and a licensed professional counselor supervisor, and this workshop qualifies for 3 Texas LPC CEs, though everyone is welcome to participate, even non-CE seeking participants.
