Lifeline Collage Mapping
Traditionally, December is a time for family, and in this art therapy workshop, participants will be guided through a process that will help us define and create a map of the points in our lives that have changed who we are today. On Saturday, December 13, from 9 AM to 12 PM, join Heidi Tournoux Studios for Lifeline Collage Mapping, an art therapy workshop open to artists and Texas-based therapists. Using collage techniques, participants will craft a personal visual timeline that highlights moments of growth, challenge, and transformation. This guided process promotes narrative exploration, resilience-building, and emotional integration. Attendees will receive 3 CE credits, woven seamlessly into a creative and reflective session.
